The stories of environmental stewardship were there, but nobody knew them. Chapter One began with two words – THINK GREEN®. Waste Management moved into the newly minted position across the board, from advertising, to their truck fleet, to the sales team and sales strategy. They now enjoy the top position in the category, not only in growth, but also in price premium and employee satisfaction.

We helped Waste Management bring their vision of a world without waste to life in a hugely ambitious and impactful way: by making the largest PGA tour event a completely zero waste event. Seven years later, the Waste Management Phoenix Open has turned into one of the leading events where the future of sustainability is not only showcased, but also discussed at the Waste Management Sustainability Forum.
